The Red Pig Inn® was established in May of 1975 by Richard and Paulette Schnipke. The name originated from the idea that the restaurant would specialize in BBQ Pork items including: BBQ sandwiches, BBQ ribs and BBQ pork chops. These items continue to be the biggest draw for the restaurant and have received considerable notoriety.
